About Us
SMILE Housing is a 501(c)3 nonprofit affordable housing creator. Also known as Work Force housing, our homes are geared towards first-time home buyers. We work to keep the costs of our new housing as low as possible.
Smile Housing focuses on developing Pocket Neighborhoods for Work Force families, first-time homeowners, starter homes, housing for young families and empty nesters. Our clusters of homes are gathered around a landscaped common area.
